INGREDIENTS:
Spaghetti Pasta - 1 Packet
Oil - 2 Tsp
Butter - 2 Tsp
Garlic (Grated) - 1 Tsp
Green Chilies - 3
Chicken (Boiled) - ½ Cup
Tomato - 1 (Cubes)
Salt - 1 Tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Chicken Stock - 1 Tbsp (optional)
Onion (Sliced) - 1 Tbsp
Capsicum
Carrots
Red Chili Paste - 2 Tsp
Dark Soya Sauce - 2 Tsp
Ajinomoto - ½ Tsp
Black Pepper - ½ Tsp
METHOD:
Preparation to Boil Spaghetti:
- Take a deep pan, filled with water.
- Boil the water and add 1 packet of spaghetti pasta.
- Quickly stir to avoid spaghetti clutter.
- Boil spaghetti for 8 minutes.
- Drain the hot water.
- Wash pasta with cold water.
- Drizzle little oil and mix well.
- Now keep it on the side to move on to the next step.
Preparation to Make Chicken and Vegetables:
- In a pan, add oil (2 Tsp) and butter (2 Tsp) and heat it.
- Add garlic paste (1 Tsp) in heated oil.
- Also, add chopped green chilies (3) and saute for a few minutes.
- Now add chicken pieces and give it a good stir.
- Add tomatoes, salt, and red chili powder, and mix well.
- At the same time, add chicken stock or water and again mix.
- Now add vegetable finger slice carrots, capsicum, and sliced onion and mix well.
- Add red chili paste.
Assembling:
- Now add boiled spaghetti.
- Check salt. Add if there is any requirement.
- Also, add dark soya sauce.
- Give it a good mix.
- Cover the pan for 5 minutes on steam.
- Now 'chicken spaghetti and vegetable pasta is ready to serve.
