Yummy Chicken and Vegetables Spaghettis Recipe


Spaghetti can be prepared in a variety of ways but the recipe with simple and minimal ingredients makes it more delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

Spaghetti Pasta - 1 Packet

Oil - 2 Tsp

Butter - 2 Tsp

Garlic (Grated) - 1 Tsp

Green Chilies - 3

Chicken (Boiled) - ½ Cup

Tomato - 1 (Cubes)

Salt - 1 Tsp

Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp

Chicken Stock - 1 Tbsp (optional)

Onion (Sliced) - 1 Tbsp

Capsicum

Carrots

Red Chili Paste - 2 Tsp

Dark Soya Sauce - 2 Tsp

Ajinomoto - ½ Tsp

Black Pepper - ½ Tsp


METHOD:

Preparation to Boil Spaghetti: 

  1. Take a deep pan, filled with water.
  2. Boil the water and add 1 packet of spaghetti pasta.
  3. Quickly stir to avoid spaghetti clutter.
  4. Boil spaghetti for 8 minutes.
  5. Drain the hot water.
  6. Wash pasta with cold water.
  7. Drizzle little oil and mix well.
  8. Now keep it on the side to move on to the next step.

Preparation to Make Chicken and Vegetables:

  1. In a pan, add oil (2 Tsp) and butter (2 Tsp) and heat it.
  2. Add garlic paste (1 Tsp) in heated oil.
  3. Also, add chopped green chilies (3) and saute for a few minutes.
  4. Now add chicken pieces and give it a good stir.
  5. Add tomatoes, salt, and red chili powder, and mix well.
  6. At the same time, add chicken stock or water and again mix.
  7. Now add vegetable finger slice carrots, capsicum, and sliced onion and mix well.
  8. Add red chili paste.

Assembling:

  1. Now add boiled spaghetti.
  2. Check salt. Add if there is any requirement.
  3. Also, add dark soya sauce.
  4. Give it a good mix.
  5. Cover the pan for 5 minutes on steam.
  6. Now 'chicken spaghetti and vegetable pasta is ready to serve.
